Privacy notice

Last updated: 2026-09-09

The short version

This site sets no cookies, has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and makes no request to any server other than the one you are reading it from. The typefaces are served from the same address, so your browser never contacts Google.

The only data that reaches us is what you send by email or say on the phone.

Data controller

The controller is Olgroup Multimedia Maciej Kupisiewicz, at the address given in the footer. For anything about your data: olgroup@olgroup.pl.

What data, and what for

If you email us, we process the message, your address and your signature — in order to reply and, if it comes to that, to perform a contract. The basis is art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract and its performance) and art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence).

We do not profile, we make no automated decisions, and we transfer nothing outside the European Economic Area.

For how long

We keep correspondence for as long as it may be needed to settle the matter, and for the limitation period for claims. An enquiry that did not lead to work is deleted on request, or after two years.

What your browser stores

Your choice of theme (light or dark) and of language is written to your browser's local storage. These are not cookies, they never leave your device, and they never reach us. Clearing site data removes them without a trace.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. One email is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Hosting and server logs

The site runs on a hosting company's server which — like every web server — records technical access logs (IP address, time, the resource requested). They serve security and diagnostics only; we do not join them to any other data and we do not use them for analytics.
